Get back on the road quickly with the Silverhook SSJL600 jump leads. These heavy-duty cables, featuring robust clamps, are perfect for jump-starting a vehicle with a flat battery. Simply connect the red lead to the positive (+) terminals of both batteries, and the black lead to the negative (-) terminal of the good battery and a suitable unpainted metal point on the engine block of the vehicle with the flat battery (away from the battery itself). Ensure the leads are kept clear of moving engine parts. Start the running vehicle, let it run for a few minutes, then attempt to start your vehicle. Once running, carefully disconnect the jump leads.
