Items Not Required or Incorrectly Ordered

Within 30 Days of Receipt of Goods

Site Supplies & Distribution Ltd provides detailed product descriptions to help you make informed purchasing decisions. However, if you wish to return any item, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order.

You are responsible for arranging the return via a reputable courier or postal service, and we recommend using a tracked service.

Goods must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition including all original packaging, manuals, and accessories. We will refund the item price in full, excluding our original shipping or collection costs.

You must notify us of your intention to return an item within 7 days of receiving it by emailing returns@toolpower.co.uk and quoting your order number and item details. Goods must then be returned within the next 23 days.

After 30 Days of Receipt of Goods

Returns beyond 30 days may be accepted at our discretion, but a restocking fee of up to 20% of the net item value may apply, along with any applicable card fees and postage costs.

Items Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged

If we have supplied an incorrect, faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing returns@toolpower.co.uk.

If your parcel shows signs of tampering or visible damage on arrival, please sign as "Damaged" or refuse the delivery.

We will arrange collection and either replace or refund the item. If no fault or damage is found, we reserve the right to charge for collection and re-delivery.

Faulty Power Tools, Hand Tools or Equipment Covered by Manufacturer Warranty

Once used, any faults within the manufacturer's warranty period must be dealt with directly through the manufacturer. This ensures the quickest turnaround for inspection and repair or replacement at their discretion.
