Overview

  • You can initiate returns from your order page or email sales@toolpower.co.uk.
  • Items must be unused and in resalable condition with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Please use a tracked courier for returns unless we arrange collection.

Items Not Required / Incorrectly Ordered

Report within 30 days of receipt

We offer refunds for unwanted items, excluding any original shipping or collection costs. Goods must be returned in unused, resalable condition with all original packaging and accessories intact. Notify us within 7 days of receipt, and ensure we receive the return within 30 days from delivery.

Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged on Arrival

Report within 24 hours of receipt

If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours via your order page or by email. Please sign for damaged parcels as “Damaged” or refuse delivery. We will arrange collection and provide a replacement or refund. If no fault or damage is found, collection and re-delivery charges may apply.

After 30 Days

Within manufacturer warranty period

This is now within the manufacturer warranty period. All products are covered under a minimum 1-year period. If you need to make a warranty claim, feel free to contact sales@toolpower.co.uk and our order team will gladly assist you.

Warranty – Used Tools/Equipment

Manufacturer warranty claims

Faults covered by manufacturer warranty should be handled directly with the manufacturer for the quickest resolution. They will arrange inspection, repair, or replacement as needed. We are happy to offer guidance if required.
