The UNION DoorSense is a standalone unit that provides a reliable way to keep a fire door open while automatically releasing it when the fire alarm sounds. Incredibly easy to install, it requires no wiring or special skills and can even be used in place of some older units. Powered by two alkaline C batteries (included) for long life, it features a low battery indicator. Operation can be manual or automatic via a timer for night release. This white model is compliant with BS EN 1155, EMC tested, and suitable for timber doors (FD120) with door closers rated between 3-7.
