Everbuild Sika Fire Foam B2 is a quick-setting, one-part polyurethane foam with fire-resistant properties. Expanding up to 50 times its original volume, it meets DIN 4102 Part 1 requirements for Class B2 construction materials. This high fire rating significantly slows the passage of flames and smoke compared to standard B3 grades. After just one hour (at working temperatures of +5°C to +25°C, ideally 20°C), the cured foam can be cut, sawn, or plastered over. Ideal for creating fire-rated seals around various applications, this gun-grade foam is perfect for filling gaps around pipe entries in fire-rated walls, sealing window and door frames, and filling electrical wire chases before plastering. It's also suitable for filling deep joints before applying sealant or plaster, addressing irregular gaps in stone, brick, concrete, or plaster. Beyond fire safety, this versatile foam excels at fixing door frames, timber structures, windowsills, thresholds, and window frames. It also provides excellent insulation behind cladding on exterior walls, behind soffits and barge boards, and even in automotive applications.
