Everbuild Everflex® Lead Mate Sealant is a low modulus, neutral cure sealant designed for exceptional adhesion to soft metals like lead and brass. It provides a superior alternative to traditional mortaring methods for securing lead flashing and sheet into brick, stone, and concrete. Unlike many conventional sealants, it won't stain or corrode soft metals. Formulated for low dirt pickup and excellent flexibility (±50%), it boasts impressive high and low temperature resistance (+150°C) and is solvent-free with minimal shrinkage during curing. Resistant to plasticizer migration, it can be used over water-based and solvent-based paints for a professional finish. Its excellent external weathering properties ensure long-lasting performance in all weather conditions.
