The Knipex 95 18 225 VDE StepCut® XL Cable Shears offer superior cutting performance for large cables. Their innovative design makes cutting noticeably easier than with compact cable shears. The laser-hardened cutting edges (approx. 56 HRC) and dual cutting areas ensure clean cuts on a wide range of cable sizes. The stepped cutting edge securely holds smaller and larger cables, while the front cutting edge efficiently cuts very large cables step-by-step. These shears are designed for easy one- or two-handed operation, even with large cable diameters, thanks to the adjustable, high-leverage bolted joint. The VDE-tested multi-component grip provides comfort and safety, and a pinch guard protects your fingers.

Important Note: Not suitable for steel-reinforced cables (e.g., ACSR).
