The Trend Lock Jig makes routing mortices for sash mortice and deadlocks quick and easy. Designed for use with a router fitted with a 30mm guide bush and a 12mm diameter long reach cutter, this jig is suitable for most common sash mortice and deadlocks with mortices up to 3 inches deep and a 7/8 inch or 1 inch faceplate. It also works with the faceplate on a 1-inch mortice latch. Deeper mortices can be achieved by using a suitable auger bit. Ideal for doors 34mm to 58mm thick.
