The Stabila LBM 1000 Open Fibreglass Tape is a robust and durable measuring tape featuring a breakproof Y-frame and a kink-proof fibreglass tape. The STABILA SPIKES coating enhances slip resistance, particularly useful on smooth surfaces and for longer distance measurements. Designed for comfortable use, it boasts an ergonomic soft grip handle and allows for easy switching between right-handed and left-handed operation. Variable fastening is achieved through a fold-out SPIKES hook with an integrated nail eyelet and a large, unbreakable plastic ring with a nail notch, ensuring a secure hold when pulling the strap. A clever plastic ring design simplifies measurements; simply add 2cm (between the zero point and nail notch) or 5cm (between the zero point and the start of the ring) to the measured length. The zero point is located at the beginning of the hinge fitting. This tape offers EC Class II accuracy.
