Everbuild AC95 is a high-strength, permanently flexible acoustic and intumescent sealant and adhesive. Specifically designed for sealing and bonding plasterboard and other kraft-lined insulation boards where a fire-rated seal of up to 5 hours is required. This water-based, solvent-free formula is easy to use and clean, adhering to almost all building substrates. It creates an acoustic and intumescent barrier by sealing gaps between plasterboard walls, floors, ceilings, and in dry lining applications. As an adhesive, it bonds plasterboard to plasterboard, wood, metal studding, and directly to blockwork. It's also ideal for sealing and bonding most other kraft-lined insulation boards. The sealant is permanently flexible, has high grab adhesion to most surfaces, is mold resistant, non-flammable, paintable when cured, and easy to clean up. It meets acoustic rating BS EN ISO 140/3 and air permeability EN13141-1 standards.
