Sikkens Cetol HLS Plus Translucent Woodstain in Dark Oak is a low-build, solvent-borne semi-gloss wood stain suitable for use as both a base stain and a finishing coat. Its highly translucent nature beautifully enhances the wood grain while offering protection against mould, algae, UV radiation, peeling, and cracking. This microporous and water-repellent stain is ideal for exterior softwood and hardwood substrates such as cladding, fascias, soffits, rough sawn timber, and fencing.

Use Cetol HLS Plus as a finishing coat on exterior softwood and hardwood, or as a base coat before applying Cetol Filter 7 Plus or Cetol THB Plus to windows and doors. Note: It should not be used alone as a finish for hardwood timbers.
